My work lives at the intersection of deep theory and working code, with a bias toward experiments that increases set value and truth. I prefer complex problems, crisp definitions, and measurable outcomes. I test five standard deviations above the mean. Eccentricity is therefore a feature, not a flaw. I value clarity, rigor, curiosity, and the courage to discard elegant theories that do not survive contact with reality. Small talk is still under training. The progress is real. My Principles: • Reality first. Prefer Data that can falsify a claim. • Simplicity at the core. Complexity only where it buys capability. • Speed with safeguards. Move quickly with pre-mortems and test harnesses. • Composable work. Build solutions that can be scaled, reused, audited, and improved. • Intellectual honesty. Change direction when the evidence demands it. • Creator and firm believer of "Probabilistic Awareness" • Zero tolerance for cultural mediocracy. Do not optimize for lowest-common-denominator consensus; optimize for correctness and craftsmanship. Summary: First-principles strategy, cognitive systems, AI collaboration, data science, research design, knowledge engineering, zero to one, prototyping, complex systems, inference quality, measurement, intellectual rigor, anti-mediocracy. #Lithner #SecoTools #FirstPrinciples #ComplexSystems #InferenceQuality #IntellectualRigor #ProbabilisticAwareness
Worked primarily with analyzes and optimization of existing processes, methods, tools and systems within planning and production control, but also worked with collection and sorting of data from our existing business and MES systems.
