Last month I became a member of the Flucell project group a joint venture of Crusell and Janssen Biologics. We are working on a pilot for a Flucell Scale Vaccine at the Janssen location in Leiden. The facility will be able to manufacture the influenza vaccine FluCell to supply the requirements for Phase III clinical trials.

The last few years worked on a project for all the Nuon production units applying the Vision Network Analysis program. Vision Network Analysis is used to analyze power plants and distribution networks. Its structure was made suitable for connecting with documents in Live Link also it was customized for users like the Installation Responsible and safety superiors. The program was set up primarily for safety evaluation and calculating the Arc flash impact on each distribution board and the practicle measurements taken accordingly. The program gave also insight in the short-circuit calculations conform IEC 60909, but also momentary load flow situations, protection coordination, simulation and selectivity analysis.
