• P&L for the DAT region • Deliver monthly DAT revenue targets and oversee growth budgets • Analyze KPIs • Develop deep understanding of the DAT target and market. Uncover consumer insights. Identify and define prime prospect targets and value propositions unique to Germany & Austria. • Establish channel strategy with channel managers (performance marketing, content, CRM, B2B, B2C). • Partner with cross-functional teams (operations, product, finance, service & support) to execute strategy. • Drive innovation within existing channels and explore new opportunities.
As VP Growth I'm responsible for the revenue topline and the strategy & execution in scaling unu's performance marketing & sales organization internationally. • Guide growth teams (Performance Marketing, Communications, CRM, Corporate Sales and Field Sales) in their execution • Manage projects that unlock new growth levers (new country launches, marketing roadmaps, product-market adaptations, operational processes evolutions,…) • Lead the entire growth strategy process, incl planning & (re-)calibrating • Support sales, lead-acquisition, product and operational team (centrally and locally) with data and leadership they need to improve performance, processes and roll-out of their respective activities
