• Full P&L responsibility for North American e-commerce subsidiary (Kinkly), building revenue streams and synergies within Byborg Enterprises. • Significantly increased gross revenue, having developed and executed content and growth strategies focusing on selection, logistics, and pricing. • Manage the remote Content & Operations Team of Kinkly Inc. • Grew the e-commerce business of Kinkly.com, overseeing rapid growth strategy which led to promotion to Head of E-Commerce & Content Strategy role.
• Provide strategic consulting services in digital marketing and e-commerce for high profile companies such as Beckers Bester GmbH and Coolblue. • Founded onlineshopping.lu and myguide.lu, generating over 5,000 unique visitors per month in Luxembourg. • Received recognition from both Luxembourger Wort and Silicon Luxembourg, two prominent publications in the region.
• Managed strategic accounts for Amazon's largest German-speaking selling partners, supporting their business expansion into the Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Poland, and Turkey. • Increased sales of managed portfolio by 45% (Avg. 39%), resulting in 1st on 2022 Sales Leaderboard with specific growth in Sweden +46% (Avg. 32%); Poland +229% (Avg. +204%); Turkey +3189% (Avg. 575%). • Developed transformative processes, leading to two awards for top-performing employees: one for developing a deal-performance dashboard and another for sharing knowledge within the department.
