Geological and geotechnical investigations in various international projects. The works were performed onshore, nearshore (jack-up) and offshore (vessel). I also carried out tasks related to risk prevention at the workplace as a HSE on-site Supervisor.
Exploration and geological control of fluorite ore deposits in Asturias (Spain). Some of the responsibilities were core logging, geological mapping, geological modeling, database management, sample preparation, thin section analysis, exploration permit's renewal, logistics, etc.
Research for my Master's Thesis focused on the paleogeographic, sedimentary, stratigraphic and paleoichnologic study of the basins between the Iberian and Ebro platforms during the early Cretaceous, and their potential continental connection.
Ore prospecting and exploration in Southern Finland and Lapland (poster presented in the VIII Meeting of The Mineralogical Society of Poland). The main technics used were geological mapping, magnetometry, geochemistry and optical microscopy.
