A phoenix company born out of the John Cheatle Group. In the first exceedingly turbulent financial year, we re-established our supply lines, agreed credit terms with companies who had been burnt when John Cheatle went into administration, and established active net promoter scores with target schools of 40% with 85% of schools rating our service levels as either excellent or good. We also secured and paid back 1.4 million pounds of funding to purchase the business and for working capital. During the second year we set up an in-house embroidery unit, secured 10% turnover growth and 13% gross profit growth, restructured the company to generate an underlying break even position and grew our customer satisfaction - with 91.1% of our schools rating our service as either good or excellent in an independent survey. Year 3 our service levels went up again with over 93% of our schools rating our service as either good or excellent, and despite significant funding headwinds we grew turnover and gross profit by another 7%.
