Overall responsible for sales and marketing activities in China. - Define, implement and follow up on strategy for China. - Take the lead on specific marketing activities and business campaigns. - Utilize synergies and knowledge-sharing with our offices around Asia and Europe - Work in close corporation with other offices. - Support to - and follow up on activities with local traders - Ongoing development and exploring of new possibilities for optimizing sales in mainland China - Give input to sales staff on structured sales planning and activities - Secure high level professionalism within projects and activities
Responsible for business and market development of KOMPAN unique playground equipment in Greater China. - Project management, pipeline, and agent management. - Contract and bid review, including negotiations. - Create training program and materials, as well as implement efficient procedures for agents. - Train new team members and agent reps. - Editor for marketing, presentation and workshop materials. - Provide quotes, technical information and assist agents in closing sales. - Standard customer service with industry specific technical support. - Coordination of projects with architects, government and/or school boards, community/PTA groups, general contractors, inspectors, and installers.
