Hi there, I'm Martin and I work within the automotive design world. I started my career as a headhunter in car design and have since moved on to start, build, development and lead our fantastic team at Konzepthaus to help and push the car and automotive design industry to new heights in many difference service areas such as recruitment, learning, consulting and project management. Some people have called me the "most connected person in the car design world" (not sure if true but I know a quite few people), others "the one with the most extensive knowledge and understanding within our industry", and some have also called me some words (comes with the job...). And one of the nicest compliments has been being names the "enfant terrible of car design". It is our vision and goal to bring the design departments in the mobility into the C-Level to allow them to become one of the most business relevant departments in the entire business. This requires a lot of courage to constantly change, the foresight to adapt whenever is needed, and the bravery and determination to believe in a vision. I'd like to think about myself as the person that everyone in the car design world can call about anything at any time. I love to share my knowledge and experience, and it's even more fun if people can use to grow, learn and develop. I have started a podcast specifically for the automotive design industry interviewing and sharing stories with household names of the transporation design industry and beyond. It's a nice little hobby that combines my work with the love for car design and we wanted to share that with the car design community.
