Most organizations are sitting on a goldmine of data and leaving most value on the table. That's the problem I work on every day. As Country Manager for Snowflake in the Benelux, I help teams turn data and AI from insights into competitive advantage. Serving as the Country Manager for Snowflake in the Benelux, responsible for scaling our SaaS in data and AI business by helping organizations unlock the value of their data. My role combines strategic GTM leadership with building high-performing sales teams. Over the years, I’ve learned that success comes from putting your customers business outcomes first, focus, and relentless execution. At Snowflake, that means shaping multi-layered go-to-market engines. From new logo acquisition to enterprise expansion and creating the conditions where managers and teams can thrive. Before Snowflake, I spent over a decade at VMware leading enterprise sales through one of the industry's biggest platform transformations. That taught me something important: the technology is rarely the hard part. The hard part is helping organizations build the confidence and capability to actually change how they operate. I think we're at a similar crossroads with AI. The models are extraordinary. But most enterprises still don't know how to adopt AI in a way that's trustworthy, governed, and built to last. Outside of work, I’m a husband, father, CrossFit fanatic, volunteer soccer coach, and reader of all books.
