Completely updated the KLIX brand positioning, and used it to develop radical, stand-out graphic design treatment for the new KLIX Outlook machine. Ran pre-launch research in UK, France and Germany which confirmed real resonance with both the new positioning and the new graphics.
Designed and ran extensive trials with vending operators in UK, Ireland, France and Germany, convincing all to lead with KLIX. Combined the trial results with competitor analysis and multiple customer and stake-holder inputs to build comprehensive new product specification. Result was most successful KLIX machine launch ever, with the new KLIX Outlook expanding customer footprint and at the same time replacing 2 older models.
