Served as Industry representative on the Informatics Professional Services Advisory Committee (2013-2014) as well as the Government's Temporary Help Services Advisory Committee (2007-2014). Led discussions and provided recommendations on hot topics (ex: Effective use of the Supply Arrangement & Standing Offer for professional services, Bilingual requirements (co-authored THS definition), Flexible use of Standing Offer using percentile rule + dollar value threshold)

A primary objective of ACSESS is to actively represent the industry and our membership before governments by providing input on employment legislation and regulations at the national and provincial levels. At the same time, ACSESS assumes a leadership role in ensuring that industry members are aware of legislation and regulatory changes which may (drastically) affect their businesses and responsibilities as employers.
