Como, Lombardy, Italy
My passion for foreign languages has been there since forever: I graduated at the linguistic high school G. Terragni in Olgiate Comasco (double-degree Italy-France: ESABAC), and then continued my studies with the Bachelor’s degree in Interlingual and Intercultural Mediation at the University of Insubria in Como, writing my dissertation about the development of Old English from an Indo-European perspective. I recently obtained my Master’s Degree in Theoretical, Applied and Modern Languages Linguistics at the University of Pavia, where I was mostly interested in historical linguistics, especially Indo-European, with particular attention to the linguistics and philology of Germanic languages. I earned my PhD in Linguistic Sciences at the Universities of Bergamo and Pavia, working on Old and Middle English linguistics. Currently, I teach English at Fondazione G. Castellini in Como.
