A Chartered Fellow (ChPP, FAPM) and Senior Practitioner accredited by the UK National Infrastructure and Service Transformation Authority (NISTA), I specialise in major programme delivery, assurance, and strategic transformation. I advise UK, US and European institutions, operating at Board, Ministerial and international level on programme delivery, risk and strategic performance. Most recently, as a UK National Expert seconded to the European Space Agency, I advised on delivery of the Space Safety Programme (Space Weather, Planetary Defence and Space Debris), Mission Operations Infrastructure, and strategic transformation initiatives. I represent the UK on the International Astronautical Federation’s Project Management Committee and founded the award-winning Association for Project Management International Space Sector Interest Network, advancing international collaboration and professional standards in space project delivery.
