Originally from Italy, I have lived and worked in Asia and have been based in Germany for the past 12 years.

As the Head of People Development, I am responsible for driving talent management, development, and leadership initiatives to foster individual and organizational growth. In this capacity, I lead a dedicated team of experts, collaborating closely to enhance our people development strategies and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Currently, in my additional Ad Interim role as Lead for the Center of Expertise Development and Cultural Evolution, I support and guide the team for the strategic people development and learning across the organization as well as the evolution of company culture and diversity to drive innovation and collaboration.
