L'attitudine all'analisi dei problemi e alla loro risoluzione è una caratteristica che mi contraddistingue e che mi ha portata al conseguimento di due Lauree in "Biotecnologie Farmaceutiche" e "Molecular Biologyc and Genetics" e un Dottorato in "Medicina Traslazionale". Durante questo percorso ho applicato le mie abilità nello sviluppo di nuove tecnologie e ricerca traslazionale in laboratorio, arrivando poi alla progettazione e cura di studi interdisciplinari nazionali ed internazionali, analisi dei dati statistici fino alla gestione di un piccolo team di laboratorio. Da qui ho deciso di intraprendere un nuovo percorso nell'ottimizazzione di processi di produzione di farmaci innovativi venendo così in contatto con nuove realtà. La predisposizione al risolvere i problemi mi ha sempre portata ad esplorare nuovi campi e sviluppare nuove competenze.
