I worked full time on an Icelandic Restaurant in Reykjavik, Rok Restaurant. There, I provided customer service (greeting them, taking orders and organising tables), worked my communication skills and collaborated with other people outside and inside the kitchen.
I've worked in other areas, also in contact with the clients, as a Shop Assistant. There, I had to take care of the shop and the clients, be aware of the trends, collaborate with the team members and show the new staff, apart from other basics.
