In my role as a Talent Sourcer within the business area Tech, I make sure that the organization has a steady supply of candidates that are in high demand on the market. This primarily means finding suitable candidates for active assignments and matching the right candidate with the right job. In my role, I strive to continuously expand my business network in order to have a backlog of potential candidates needed within my business area. In addition to search this means being responsible for the recruitment process from the first screening interview, deep interviews and coordinating client interviews . I attend sales meetings as an expert within talent acquisition and talent management to support our account managers. I've also led several workshops with both co-workers and clients within search, systems or talent management to name a few.
During my last year of my education I worked part time as Staffing and Recruitment Assistent. In this role I helped Consultant Managers and Recruitment Consultants through the whole recruitment process with CV selection, screening interviews, interviews and reference calls. I also got the chance to be acting Consultant Manager and Recruitment Consultant while they were on vacation. This meant I had the sole responsibility of the whole recruitment process and the consultant responsibility. Besides the work duties mentioned above, this meant I had recruitment profile meetings with clients as well as managing the reporting consultants time to our payroll department. During my time as Staffing and Recruitment Assistant I got the privilege to be named "Månadens Assistent" in Januari 2017, which is rewarded someone who's really contributed to both the success of the office and to the culture.
