Hello! Since moving from Sweden to the UK in 2007, I’ve built a career that combines creativity and hands-on experience. My background is rooted in the arts, specialising in illustration, mural painting, and design. Alongside this, I’ve gained many years of hospitality experience in bars and pubs, working both as a barperson and in supervisory roles. In 2018, I made the move into the brewing industry through a taproom role, which soon developed into a full-time position as an Event Assistant. When the pandemic struck, my responsibilities shifted temporarily into warehouse operations. After relocating, I joined another brewery as a Packaging Assistant, progressing to Packaging Operator and later to Packaging Lead. Most recently, after being made redundant, and temporarily honing my skills in food production as a Packaging Operator at Tate & Lyle Sugars, I've ended up as a Wholesale Cheesemonger and packaging supervisor for Mons Cheesemongers. I take pride in being reliable, adaptable, and hands-on, whether in a creative project or on a production line.

I worked as a bartender at The Vanbrugh pub and restaurant Greenwich
