In den vielen Jahren als Stratege, Coach und Führungskraft in nationalen und internationalen Unternehmen habe ich dabei mitgewirkt, dass Teams täglich inspiriert werden gemeinsam großartige Produkte, Projekte und Dienstleistungen noch besser zu machen. Das Prinzip und die Dynamik eines ganzheitlichen Blicks auf gemeinsames Wachstum habe ich früh definiert und über viele Jahre mit Methoden aus dem Coaching, der Strategieberatung, der Organisationsentwicklung und der Mediation angereichert und verfeinert. Heute nenne ich dies das "Prinzip ZusammenWachsen". Es vereint den Blick als Team enger zusammen zu wachsen und gemeinsam ein Projekt oder Unternehmung zu nachhaltigem Wachstum zu verhelfen.
