_Key account manager for the provision of energy management services for a major client in the telecoms industry (portfolio of > 1,000 buildings). _Responsibility for the financial targets as well as the contractually agreed energy efficiency targets _Carrying out energy inspections and audits with profitability calculations _Planning and coordinating the implementation of energy-saving and renovation measures as well as sustainability projects and monitoring their energy impact _Developing and operating an energy controlling system for the client's real estate portfolio and preparing periodic reports on energy consumption and efficiency as well as CO2 emissions (Scope1,2,3 emissions, ISO14064, ISO50001) _Advising the client on energy policy goals and on issues of optimal energy use _Further training and technical support for internal and external staff in energy and building technology matters _Development of innovative concepts, programmes / projects and products in the field of sustainability and energy management _Environmental and sustainability audits
_Responsibility and coordination of the regional activities for energy management including data collection, consolidation and analysis of the collected energy data (ISO 14001, ISO 50001) _Training and advising the regional technical and OM units on energy-optimised operation of technical facilities _SPOC for energy issues in the region _Carrying out energy inspections and optimising operations _Preparation of the inspection report with energy-relevant measures and efficiency calculations _Monitoring and project management of energy efficiency measures _Managing and being responsible for progress and monitoring the success of implementation projects _Interface between the region and KAM _Ensuring target achievement (energy savings, CO2 reduction) per building/mandate and region _Calculation of qualified savings for concrete measures for multi-year planning
