I have recently been Chair at Unscene Suffolk a charity focussed on providing drama and choir opportunities for visually impaired adults. The charity is thriving having just passed the 10 year anniversary. I head a team of 8 trustees each with their own specialism. Initially I set up a set of strategy sessions utilising a local management consultant (free) in order to prioritise the charity’s objectives and through that consultation to re shape the structure and the current roles. I would be interested in Chair or Trustee roles within the disadvantaged, children or conservation sectors.
