Department for building claims processed from the office. The department contains 4 teams handling claims in all our business areas Commercial, Private and Agriculture – of these, one of the teams is specialized in large and complex claims.
Department for private building claims. Responsibility for all of the claims in this sector At the moment the department has 50 staff members, three team leaders and a managing loss adjuster
Leading the building service and the competence center staff. Responsibility of planning the education, the line of direction, business procedures, working procedures, information to damage treatment and treatment of complaints and appeals. The department was also involved in several projects and business developments.
The department had 13 staff members, who were primary dealing with estimates. Some of the staff worked at home and some worked in the office.My job also involved the responsibility for the big agreements/deals in the area.
Employed in Topdanmark for the task of forming a professional network of contractors with different trade groups. Within a year the different concepts for the trade groups were working. Afterwards the work involved mainly claims treatment, following up, teaching, recruiting and teaching our business associates
