I’m working as Managing Director at EDAG do Brasil, joining EDAG since 1981, were I started with an apprentice ship as technical draftsman. After I became in 1990 a Mechanical Engineer, with German “Diplom”, I worked in planning for welding facilities, with this experience I was appointed in 1991 to work more than 2 years in Spain to manage several welding facilities from built-up phase to SOP. After returning to Germany I was assigned to assume the management of Manufacturing Department of EDAG do Brasil in 1994. Since I was promoted to be the Managing Director at EDAG do Brasil in 1995, I was responsible for all start up, team building and structuring the company with all technical and administrative departments. Specialties: Operative and General Management, Business Development, Leadership, ISO 9001, KAIZEN, Lean Manufacturing, Simultaneous Engineering, Project Management, Mechanical Engineering, Product Development for Cars and Trucks, Establishing of Operation in Brazil Fluent in German (Native Speaker) Portuguese and English, with good knowledge in Spanish.
