As a Manufacturing Supervisor I was overseeing a team of 37 FTE's, responsible for executing the dispensing and bin-filling activities at Janssen Latina Operations department. These activities consisted of weighing and proportioning raw materials into the correct quantities foreseen for planned Process Orders, which are Validated as Standard Production Recipes. Within my responsibilities I had to ensure a safe work environment for my team, facilitate their career development with coaching opportunities and enforce adherence to GMP-rules to obtain a best in class quality and compliance of our products throughout the overall production process. Furthermore I introduced a new Performance tool in the dispensing area, as part of the Johnson & Johnson Production System (JJPS) deployment. Intense and effective collaboration with formulation, warehouse, planning and quality departments were crucial in this role to deliver our products on time and address opportunities for improvement.
