Responsible for several site’s, contracts & operations 200+ FTE, in Retail & High-tech sector. KPI target driven. Managing inventory levels and key processes like S&OP execution and planning. Implemented the first repair site in the Netherlands. Renewed and negotiated several customer contracts in the mid-sized segment.
Opened new facility in Roermond and implemented various new accounts in the SCM area. 110+ FTE. Responsible for; operations that serve out top accounts like Cisco systems, IBM SSD and execution of S&OP
During this employment over 7 years I’ve hold different positions including a liaison position based out of Hamburg for over a year. Improvement manager. Distribution center Manager. As part of the supply chain re-positioning, I’ve set-up two distribution centers, one in Belgium and one in the Netherlands.
