Ich verantworte seit über 20 Jahren den Aufbau, die Führung und die wirtschaftliche Steuerung technischer Organisationen in der Fahrzeugentwicklung – von der Akquisition über die Umsetzung bis zur profitablen Skalierung. Aktuell leite ich als Head of Technical Unit Vehicle Engineering eine internationale Engineering-Organisation mit bis zu 200 Mitarbeitenden und voller P&L-Verantwortung. Ich steuere Entwicklungsprojekte mit Volumina bis zu 100 Mio. € und trage Verantwortung für Jahresumsätze bis 20 Mio. €. Mein Fokus liegt auf der Verbindung von technischer Exzellenz und unternehmerischem Handeln: Portfolio- und Ressourcenstrategie, Ergebnisverantwortung, Near- und Offshore-Modelle sowie die nachhaltige Entwicklung leistungsfähiger Teams. Ich habe wiederholt Organisationen skaliert, neue Geschäftsfelder aufgebaut und internationale OEMs gewonnen. Besonders in Transformationsphasen schaffe ich Klarheit, Entscheidungsfähigkeit und Ergebnisorientierung – auch unter Kosten- und Effizienzdruck. Mein Führungsstil ist klar, verbindlich und umsetzungsstark. Ich erwarte Verantwortung und gebe sie auch ab. Ziel ist nicht Verwaltung, sondern Wirkung – technisch wie wirtschaftlich.
