I am a partner in the Investment Funds Group in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. I advise asset managers on fundraising and other investment programs with a particular focus on private equity sponsors. I have counseled institutional sponsors on traditional private equity funds, funds of funds, single investor funds and separate accounts in many different asset classes, including credit, buyout, real estate and growth. I also have extensive experience with syndications, single asset funds and portfolio company transactions. I was selected by Law360 as a 2021 “Rising Star” in fund formation.
