As Head of Market Development today as well as Head of Strategy & Business Development in my former positions, I was jointly responsible for the development and implementation of the business strategy for over 10 years, so my core competencies today lie in the areas of corporate strategy, business development and market research. With almost three decades of experience in the automotive engineering sector and my education as a mechanical engineer in process engineering, I have already proven myself as head of technology and head of advanced development, Leader machine development and as a project manager at an international Tier 1 company as well as in the Machine building business. I have strong communication skills in German and English, strong analytical competencies and intercultural understanding. I enjoy leading interdisciplinary teams, projects and workshops, bringing in-depth specialist knowledge in problem solving and methodological skills. International flexibility with regard to the project location is standard for me.
