I create maintenance solutions ranging from major manufacturers in areas such as Networks, Storage, Servers, ATM and Mobility to IBM's own solutions in HW & SW including high end zSeries mainframes and I have experience in working on both small and large opportunities +$100M TCV. In this role I had responsibility for creating solutions and cost cases for Technical support / single point of contact Help desk opportunities at IBM's multilingual Technical Support Centre in Greenock, Scotland. The scope also included promoting IBM's Technical support capabilities to win new business, working with internal and external clients, hosting of customer visits, presenting Helpcentre capabilities & running tours, involvement throughout implementation of won opportunities to ensure a successful go live.
