Role: • Manage operations of a parking software platform project, designed for centralized architectures in software-defined vehicles • Responsibility for operations in a cross-functional cluster of 75 team members, covering project management, SW release processes, integration, verification and validation, system-software architecture, reference system implementation, in-vehicle operation, technical demos • Coordinate overall project operations (total project size 250 team members) by guiding collaboration between sub-cluster leads • Drive the achievement of project objectives by managing a mid double-digit million euro budget, ensuring quality and meeting deadlines. Provide regular project reports to stakeholders and customers Achievements: • Defined and implemented the operational setup in a newly initiated project. Planning, communication and steering methods were tailored to project specific needs, based on principles of SAFe, OKRs, ASPICE Level 2 • Developed project-specific vehicle demonstrators and successfully contributed to key acquisitions by showcasing the parking software product in live vehicle operations.
