As CTO, I led cross-functional teams in both Development (DEV) and Research & Development (R&D) to drive innovation in the on-demand transportation industry. Together, we crafted cutting-edge solutions, including mobile and web applications, underpinned by a sophisticated backend infrastructure. Our mission was not only to create outstanding technology but also to deliver actionable insights to our customers, empowering them to identify and address transportation needs effectively through comprehensive analytical studies.
As an R&D Engineer, my primary focus was tackling complex vehicle routing and optimization challenges head-on. I spearheaded the development and implementation of advanced algorithms and simulations, enabling our team to solve intricate logistical problems efficiently. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in bolstering our backend services when required, contributing to the seamless integration of our solutions and ensuring their practical viability.
