Wave1 migration delivered successfully; - 30 servers leveraging various operating systems - 40 people engaged - delivered in 30days as planned Sandbox completed successfully; - mid-step migration of infrastructure to prepare environment for tests of client's core systems. Wave2 migration delivered successfully; - migrated 313 servers running on wide variety of systems leveraging from RedHat, Windows2008 to Oracle - migration scope covered 17 master application groups - Intensive planning, preparations and migration took less than 2 months - More than 100 people were involved through planning to execution of migration - 78 hours took to move, reconfigure and test the entire infrastructure
