Over the past 5 years, I have grown Timpel's international business at 36% CAGR across 20+ countries — delivering 77% of total company growth. With 8 years of hands-on clinical experience in prehospital care, emergency, and intensive care medicine, and over 20 years in international MedTech business, I operate at the intersection of clinical reality, commercial strategy, and real-world business. I design and execute international growth strategies, launch new markets, develop key partnerships, and drive meaningful adoption of innovative technologies — not just sales, but real clinical impact. I bring 20+ years of MedTech commercial experience — from ICU bedside to international sales leadership — across capital equipment, distributor-led markets, and complex tender environments in Europe, CEE, MEA, and Southeast Asia.
Driving commercial expansion across MEA and Southeast Asia — markets characterized by 1–3 year sales cycles, complex tenders, and parallel development of clinical trust and distributor capability. Key focus: pipeline development across 10+ active markets, direct engagement in major tenders (Turkyie, RSA, Thailand, Vietnam, Hongkong..), and distributor activation in early-stage markets.
Results: - 36% CAGR over 5 years - Expanded into 20+ countries across three continents - Generated 58% of total company revenue - Delivered 77% of total company growth 2023→2025 Built Timpel's commercial presence across Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Southeast Asia from early adoption to scaled growth. Led the full commercial cycle — distributor selection and development, clinical education, KOL engagement, and direct support of complex capital equipment tenders (national tenders, reimbursement discussions in Turkey, South Africa, and others). Built and ran Prague Ventilation Masterclass as a clinical education platform to drive EIT adoption and anchor KOL relationships across the world. Trained distributor teams to translate clinical evidence into commercial arguments — closing the gap between what EIT does and why hospitals buy it.
