Experienced Well Test Supervisor with over 13 years of experience in Surface Well Testing, supporting both onshore and offshore operations across the Middle East and West Africa. Supervise safe spotting, RU and RD of testing equipment in accordance with job requirements and clients procedures. Configure and set up Data Acquisition (DAQ) systems to enable real time monitoring and accurate data collection during well testing operations. Operate well testing equipment efficiently to achieve optimal performance, flow measurement and pressure control. Prepare accurate, detailed well test data reports for client review and reservoir evaluation. Mentor and coach junior engineers and technicians, enhancing team capability and knowledge transfer. Enforce strict HSE standards across all phases of operations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and high quality execution.
