In charge of Operations (New products industrialisation, Sourcing, Manufacturing Strategy, Supply Chain) for Europe, Middle East & Africa
Operationnal management of Manufacturing and Supply Chain for the region (31 countries in Maghreb, Middle East and Sub Saharian Africa), one of the fastest growing for l'Oreal. The Zone is multi-division and covers all channels, consumer goods, luxury, hairdressers as well as semi drug channels. In charge of P&L (cost of goods and gross margin optimization), development of new manufacturing capacities (Pakistan, Egypt, Kenya, South Africa...), sourcing and purchasing, new product development, supply chain (demand and supply planning, physical distribution, customer care), and human resources development.
Responsible for Manufacturing and Supply Chain (cost of sales) and cash flow for this Direct sales Business (Internet and mail order) operating in Western Europe and Asia (Japan, Korea, China, Taiwan).
