Responsible for delivery of a portfolio of DTV Broadcast projects into Live, and managing a team of Project Managers within a Prince 2 environment.
Responsible for coordinating work streams across VM Digital TV platform, delivering into Operations. Projects include provision of additional capacity upgrades, High Definition content encoding delivery systems to live within main headend & disaster recovery centre, as well as expanding VoD and Broadband capabilities across the platform.
Senior member of Management Team, leading up to 600 site based knowledge workers and operatives, delivering a complex £100M Communication & Security Systems Project. Scope delivered within budget, meeting the required quality standards, whilst achieving exceptional safety performance. The scope formed part of the £4.5Billion overall Construction Project, where the team were accountable for design, implementation and integration of the most technologically advanced systems in the world, across 147 Sub Projects on the T5 Campus. Project Controls Leader - Management of the cost, change and project controls functions. Responsible for programme reporting of project controls, change management, risk and opportunities management, and recovery planning. Successfully delivered on all strategic Commercial Milestones, throughout the project. In addition, acted as Close Out Leader – Cabling. Successfully coordinated completion & close out, quality sign off, and customer acceptance of Main Terminal cabling systems.
