Managing the Release Train using SAFe principles to deliver high value low risk product enhancements at regular intervals.
I am responsible for the My Business Profile product within the Experian Business Assist product portfolio. I am responsible for the evolution of the current product and it's supporting capabilities as well as the future vision and overall product performance. I gather insight and ideas from a wide range of sources in order to fundamentally understand the changing conditions of the SME market and the needs of the customer. Through user research, analytics and testing, I strive to understand the true value potential of product features or capabilities leading to improved UX and customer driven outcomes in a truly Agile environment. I am customer focused, analytical and able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation. I am constantly looking to drive efficiency by reducing waste within an Agile environment. Over the last 2 years we have implemented the AGILE/SCRUM development process into our development life cycle. This is something that I've championed from a product point of view and been heavily involved in throughout the implementation and the ongoing success of this way of working at Experian Business Assist.
