I have experience in all levels of Home Building, from accounts payable in my earlier days to learning Land Development, Construction, Land Planning, Finance, Sales and Sales Management and I am now the CEO/President. I have worked on large developments such as the Kentlands, Maple Lawn, King Farm, Airemont, River Creek and most recently West View. The projects cover both Maryland and Virginia. During the recession , I did work outs with banks and also created a Conservation Easement that saved millions of dollars in tax revenue for the Company. I have experience in all sizes of Home Building Projects and also on one off's in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia. My experience working for The National Association of Home Builders allows me access to markets across the country, visiting and talking with Builders in many states about products, sales and local and national legislation.
As a member of the NAHB Executive Board, a State Representative is required to advise the local homebuilders associations and their members of the activities of NAHB. 2017 Moderator of the NAHB State Representatives.
National Areas Chairs are part of the NAHB Executive Board and work directly under the Senior Officers of NAHB. National Area Chairs also work with the State Representatives to make sure their is communication between the Local Associations and NAHB.
