- Member of Commodities Global Management and Operating Committee. - Board Member for Morgan Stanley Capital Group Inc. - Chairperson of Commodities Global Physical Operational Risk Steering Group - overseeing all vetting and risk management aspects of Physical footprint. - Member of Firm and Americas Franchise Committees. - Global coordination responsibility for global commodities business planning and strategy including Profitability, Balance Sheet, Capital Planning and return metrics management. - Direct responsibility for global logistics teams. Including direct hiring, promotion and compensation responsibility for team of 80 operators managing all movement and quality issues for physical oil, natural gas and power products. At the height as many as 100 ships under charter at any point in time. - Oversight and interface with all support / infrastructure groups including prioritization and strategic direction of IT, Controllers, Legal and Operations. - Compliance, Audit and Regulatory (FRB) reporting and examination interface. - Lead Business Unit responsibility for the 2015 sale of the Physical Oil Merchanting Business to Castleton Commodities, working closely with IBD and Firm Strategy overseeing sale process from all aspects commercially.
