Consolidated ~400 PDP deliverables into an approval-ready technical baseline and decision package for industrial-scale ReOil® deployment. Managed 30+ stakeholders across OMV governance and project delivery—ADM, project manager, engineering manager, project controls, document control, discipline leads and process representatives—plus external partners (engineering managers, process engineers), and key equipment vendors. Implemented and delivered an end‑to‑end Power Automate + SharePoint Document tracking system to track 400+ project documents in real time, automate reviewer notifications/reminders, and enable ~€100k savings (9 months) through reduced manual effort Bridging disciplines through well‑structured workshops and compelling management presentations
