Senior Facilities Manager for In-Patient Catering services all trust locations and Operational Facilities Services at LGI (Leeds General Infirmary) site.
Full inpatient catering services to all 5 hospital locations of the Leeds Teaching Hospitals Trust. 2200 covers per day. HACCP management, Food safety, ISO accreditation, Food product development & service delivery mechanisms, purchasing & budget control. 40 staff 7 day services. In addition, full FM service provision to 3 peripheral Hospital sites within the Leeds Teaching Hospitals portfolio of operational units. Management of ward level catering delivery, cleaning, reception, security, portering, mail services, pest control, laundry, handyman, grounds maintenance. 100 staff in 24:7 operations. Organisation and reporting of PLACE inspections in line with NHS England requirements member of HCA & AHCP
