- Google Key Account Lead and Director accountable for the overall development, design and delivery of the Google Arnulfpost Campus in Munich. Revitalizing and future proofing a 1920s Art Deco heritage building complex by upgrading all structures, future building technologies and workplace design centered around community, productivity and sustainability. Across 600k sft it will be home of over 1,500 Googlers benefitting from multiple restaurants, gym, swimming pool, community spaces, roof gardens and state of the art support spaces.
-Novartis Account Director APAC Responsible for optimizing the APAC real estate portfolio through the design and delivery of strategic projects across multiple property types, including office, mission critical laboratory, manufacturing and research facilities. Additionally responsible to manage and deliver the yearly capital plan of $200M in the APAC region. The managed portfolio included Hyderabad, Bangalore, Tokyo, Shanghai, Singapore, Sydney and Auckland. -Meta Account Director APAC Responsible for robust, consistent and successful design and delivery of all Meta projects across APAC including India. Additionally responsible for the development, initiation and implementation of effective regional program and project teams, structures, governance, playbooks, templates, KPI’s, frameworks with effective documentation and reporting to Meta real estate leadership. Develop, manage, control and report on the Meta capital plan. Oversight of the mission critical project portfolio of over $250M ensuring adherence to the necessary control and governance system. The managed portfolio included Hyderabad, Bangalore, Delhi, Singapore, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Seoul, Tokyo and Sydney. -HP Singapore, Project Director of 1M sqf of offices for 4000 staff with mission critical clean rooms, water treatment, R&D and manufacturing facility in Singapore. - Google APAC PMO, Regional PMO leading major projects across the APAC region. - Google APAC HQ in Singapore, Project Director 600k sqf of high end activity based workplace with a wide range of meeting spaces, gym, spa, restaurants, barista stations, auditoriums, customer experience center etc.
-Barclays PMO Director Europe Support Barclays corporate real estate leadership as PMO lead for Europe including UK with the delivery of all capital projects ranging from offices, data centers, trading floors to retail. Implementing consistent program and project governance and strategy to ensure robust control for the delivery and spend of the portfolio. Tight liaison with the business units and stakeholders to develop and manage business cases and the annual capital investment plan of 350+ projects GBP 200 million per year.
