I’m a results-driven retail and digital operations leader with 21 years’ experience delivering operational excellence, growth, and exceptional customer experiences across physical and digital channels. I currently lead teams of over 400 colleagues for one of the Middle East’s largest multi-brand retailers, spanning the GCC, India, and SEA. My responsibilities include retail operations, digital transformation, e-commerce, customer support, strategic projects, and retail space optimisation. In recent years, we’ve grown digital revenue several-fold while maintaining healthy margins and more than doubled NPS, making customer outcomes and long-term customer value creation the primary north stars. I have a proven track record of translating strategy into measurable outcomes, including improved operational efficiency, maximised productivity, and sustainable business growth. Highlights include building operating models for click & collect, fulfil-from-store, and same-day delivery across hundreds of locations, as well as establishing a retail space optimisation function.
