Responsible for the customer journey through 7 departments (Customer Service, Administration, Private Credit Assessment, Corporate Credit Assessment, Business Support, and Claims and Debt Collection), where 7 managers assist me in ensuring the operations of the 100 employees who are part of our organization. In my role i am part of Wasa Kredit's management.
