Test Engineer at Multiprobe for logic and analog integrated circuits - Responsibility for test process and test logistic - Supervision / Support of test operation at yield- and process problems - Disposition of outlier lots - SWR (special work request) lot disposition and tracking - Engineering work request generation, disposition and tracking - Monitoring and supporting hand carry- / hot lots - Analysis and troubleshooting of both test process related problems and logistic problems - Yield monitoring and data analysis to assure the test process stability and to detect test related and device related problems - Achievement of yield improvements together with product engineering and test program development - Checkout and production release of test solutions - Evaluation and continuous improvement of test hardware, software and logistics - Application of guard band ink off to ensure the quality and reliability of shipped units - Conversion of certain devices from full test coverage to sample test according to planning requests and yield stability to improve cycle time and throughput Deployment within the quality department for 5 months (2012) - Support of the quality department with data collection and analysis of logistic problems - Development of recommendations to achieve problem solutions and increase of throughput and quality
