Team lead - Overall responsibility and disciplinary leadership of an intercultural team with 18 Product Owners, as well as technical leadership of 20 development teams. Implementation, further development, and operation of an AWS-based platform with 10 applications for sales and back-office processes in direct sales for central sales management in the project "Retail of the Future" for European markets. Establishment and responsibility of a rollout team (cutover & migration) with 9 employees.
Setup of Integration Management team and development and implementation of a corresponding collaboration model. Functional leadership and responsibility for Integration Management team (team of 6 employees). Development of a cross-functional Integration, Release, and Testing concept for the Europe region (IRT). Deputy team leader.
Product Owner for the development of an application for the initial economic evaluation of digital projects and initiatives. Development and implementation of the technical and functional operating concept.
