      : Senior Specialist SSS Planning (July 2013 to date) I was requested to become part of the SSS Planning fraternity and fulfil the role of Section Manager by Heinrich Holt. (SSS OIS General Manager) I build the department from a neglected department to a well functioned, highly motivated department with a sense of belonging. • Manage all Shared Services planning teams(4 group leaders, 1 Specialist, 67 Planners and Planner Assistants) • OIS Planning office (2 Permit issuers, 1 Safety Officer, 15 Safety Watchers) • Responsibilities include the daily planning and all shutdown, G/O`s and turnaround planning of all the services department planning offices. Engineering Workshops (Machine shop, Valve shop, and Petrol & Diesel garage) Rigging Services, Overhead cranes and Motor pool.
