Successfully led and managed process transfer projects for power semiconductor products into Tower Jazz Israel foundry. Led a team to develop processes and bring into manufacture silicon carbide transistors at Fairchild Semiconductor foundries. This includes the startup and ramp of assembly and testing for these wide band gap devices. Managed and led the development and transfer of high volume silicon device processes into manufacture at Fairchild foundries in Taiwan.
Responsible for semiconductor process engineering and equipment maintenance. This process section includes diffusion and CVD furnaces, PECVD tools, chemical cleaning processes and metrology instruments. I also serve as manufacturing leader for new process development at Fairchild - Mountaintop.
