Insa Tech4Good, a Non Profit empowering a better engineering for all, was founded with a friend at the end of our study. Connecting young CSR companies and student on challenging projects. 50 % of revenues go directly to the students working with us. 50 % directly to the non profit company of their choice. My missions were : - Initiate this non profit for our school. - RH task, Recruitment, Onboarding and Management. - Business Development task, sourcing, clients calls, contracts. - On clients Projects : 50% Project Delivery Management, 50% Spec, Ux Research, Wireframe... We successfully signed and completed 6 projects in the first 6 months of creation. Now this Non Profit is run by new Students and the story keeps going.
SasS Product - Product Management - Ux/Ui Research - Customer First Dans un rôle de chef de projet, j'avais pour mission d'accompagner les clients de OneStock dans l'intégration du logiciel SASS. - Comprendre le besoin client lors de réunions. - Documenter les fonctionnalités dans toutes les phases du cycle de vie Produit. - S’assurer de la qualité des éléments livrés par l’équipe technique sur la base de scénarios de test listés en amont - Organiser et suivre les développements auprès de l’équipe technique en s’assurant que les développements suivent la feuille de route définie À côté de cela, j'avais pour mission concevoir puis développer un nouveau produit interne qui à pour objectif d'améliorer les processus de monter en version tout en permettant aux équipes de gagner du temps. J'ai eu la chance de pouvoir développer mes compétences en conduite de projet mais aussi en développement informatique. Le produit à été réalisé en Vue.JS / Typescript Pour le FrontEnd et en Pyhton Flask pour le Back-End. - Création Ux-Ui Business Oriented et Design System, validé par un Product Designer. - Construire des interfaces de gestions de test, innovantes et intuitives. - Product Minded Développement. - Rôle de Développeur FullStack Et de product Owner. Comme dans tous mes projects, j'ai attaché une attention paticulière sur l'UX et l'UI dans la réalisation de cette Application Web.
