About

Currently, I serve as the Director of Educational Technologies and an audio-visual integrator and designer for Central IT at the University of Ottawa. In this role, I oversee the audio-visual technologies for over 250 classrooms, active learning spaces, meeting rooms, and specialty rooms. I lead a dedicated team of 16 technicians and 3 programmers, providing technical support for a wide range of activities, including classroom assistance, special events, video production, and distance education. With a robust background in television broadcasting, film production, and audiovisual design, I am always on the lookout for the latest technological trends. I am passionate about merging technology and education in innovative ways. Additionally, I am responsible for the design and implementation of specialty rooms, such as collaboration spaces, immersive environments, and high-end meeting rooms across the campus.
